All orders more than $150AUD are free of charge Australia wide, and items will be dispatched 1-2 business days through express post.
All products have a limited 12 months warranty offered by Goluk Australia. The limited warranty does not cover:
Items will be replaced if they are considered to be “faulty on arrival”. Please inform Goluk Australia through on email@example.com of such item within 15 days of purchase for a replacement product. All returned items must be packaged for return postage with appropriate protection and covered by some sort of protective wrap. If an item is sent back with postage labels or adhesive tape on the outside of the box the request for return will be refused. We suggest all items are sent Registered Post, as we will not be held responsible for non-receipt of returns. If you have changed your mind we will refund the full amount, and the shipping cost is covered by the buyer. *PLEASE NOTE: for a refund the item must not be opened, damaged and in the original packaging. If not the product will be considered as used. In this case refund is not possible. In the event of a faulty (warranty) item, we will replace the item only after it has been inspected by Goluk Australia and confirm it is faulty.This may take 5-10 buisiness days once the item is received. If we do not find any fault, no refund or exchange will be given, and the item will be returned to the buyer.
